During 2013-2014, SinoRuss accompanied the Chinese company Ningxia Shenma in its activities on the Russian market.

Today, light aircraft is one of the most promising multi-purpose areas, whose task is to facilitate the life of the common man. It finds application in many areas: from transport, medicine, prevention activities, control and monitoring of emergency situations to agriculture, which is especially important for countries where distances are in the hundreds and thousands of kilometers. Realizing the importance of the industry, the Chinese authorities also decided not to stand aside, for which the country adopted a program for the development of small aviation for 2012-2022. The business immediately reacted, the excitement rose, and Chinese businessmen fixed their eyes on the northern neighbor, because Russia is a country with deep traditions in the field of aircraft manufacturing. In small aircraft, we also can offer innovative solutions, a unique autogyro - an aircraft, the design of which, although known for over a hundred years, and rightfully recognized as one of the most reliable and safe - remained the subject of interest of aeronautics until domestic engineers made a breakthrough, which will be a revolution and all thanks to high technology.

In 2013, the Chinese company Ningxia Shenma became interested in buying Russian autogyros - rotary-wing aircraft, which for almost a century of history have proven their reliability and are widely used today.

To fulfill its interests, Ningxia Shenma applied for services to our company.

SinoRuss made an analysis of the market for autogyro manufacturers and existing projects.

We accompanied Ningxia Shenma at all stages: from market analysis, manufacturer selection and negotiations with the Russian side to the preparation of all the necessary legal and accounting documentation for the purchase and export of aircraft to China.

In 2014, SinoRuss continued legal and accounting support for Ningxia Shenma, which became interested in investing in the construction of a factory for the production of autogyros in the Russian city of Voskresensk.

On February 18, 2014, in the administration of the Voskresensky municipal district, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with Ningxia Shenma on the implementation of the investment project “Creating and producing second generation autogyros, aircraft engines and the development of the flight testing center of OOO Giros” on the basis of the Voskresensk airfield and the production base of JSC "Giroplany RU PAT".

During the signing of the agreement, the president of the Chinese company, Mao Shimin, stressed that China is in dire need of small aircraft, and that he is pleased to have constructive cooperation with Russian specialists.
