Illegal change of ceo

Such a situation occurred with one of our clients.

Without his consent, where was the foreign founder, the scammers submitted documents and changed the CEO. The organization had two CEOs and its charter was changed, so scammers could withdraw money from the current account and disappear. Our company, LLC "Sinoruss", solved this problem. We took the following actions:

Submitted to the tax office about the inaccuracy of information in accordance with the P34001 form (submitted through a notary);
We went to the bank, wrote a statement about fraud in order to prevent the use of the LLC current account;
We wrote a statement to the Federal Tax Service and found out information about the EDS;
We contacted the certification center, which issued an EDS and revoked the signature;
We wrote a statement to a higher tax office and appealed against illegal registration actions, demanded the exclusion of data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
EDS data was sent to the police.

We would like to warn you and say what do you need to do to avoid this situation, because today no organization is protected from illegal change of CEO, and the owner will know about the seizure of its business only after the fact. In order to prevent this you need:

to check the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities,
to check the data about your organization,
not to give access to unauthorized persons to print, sign documents.
